In-House Fabrication Workshop

We customize the belt to your product.

A belt "off the roll" is often not enough. In our workshop, we equip belts with elements that enable inclined transport, product positioning, or prevent falling.

  • Cleats (straight and angled) - inclined transport
  • Sidewalls - edge protection
  • Tracking guides (V-guides) - running stabilization

Special Fabrication

Cleats and sidewalls are welded using High Frequency (HF) method, guaranteeing a monolithic, durable bond.

Joining Methods and Mobile Service

The best belt is the one that is correctly joined. We offer two main methods, performed in our workshop or directly on your conveyor.

Splicing (Hot Press)

Endless connection. Most durable, smooth, and hygienic. Requires access to the conveyor with a mobile press.

  • ✓ Ideal for the food industry
  • ✓ No palpable joint
  • ✓ Performed at customer site (24/7 service)

Mechanical Fasteners

Quick joining using metal or plastic fasteners (Anker, Flexco). Allows self-assembly by staff without specialized tools.

  • ✓ Fastest emergency repair
  • ✓ Possibility of repeated disconnection
  • ✓ No need to dismantle the conveyor
